Competition Rules

Athletics Cook Islands competitions are run under the World Athletics Competition and Technical Rules.

World Athletics publishes the current rulebook, along with the technical rules for each event group. It is the authority for anything to do with legal marks, equipment specifications, false starts, field event measurement and competition procedure.
