Zarrian Heather-Rau is a U20 Men athlete representing the Cook Islands across the high jump, 400m and 100m, also contesting the long jump. He was a member of the Cook Islands 4x100m Relay team that set the national record of 43.13s at the Oceania Athletics Championships in Darwin in 2026, and won four events at the 2024 Cook Islands National Championships.
