Governance
Athletics Cook Islands is an incorporated society, governed by an executive committee elected by our members at the Annual General Meeting.
How we are run
The executive committee is made up of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, together with committee members and a representative for the Pa Enua. Officers are elected at the AGM for one or two year terms.

We are affiliated to World Athletics (opens in a new tab) and Oceania Athletics (opens in a new tab), and we work alongside the Cook Islands Sports and National Olympic Committee. Our accounts are independently audited each year and presented to members at the AGM.

Our constitution, annual reports, AGM minutes and audited financial statements are member documents. They are presented to members at the AGM rather than published here, and we are happy to send any of them to anyone with an interest.
